COVID-19 Announcement: Due to the necessity of offering CLF events via webinar and also due to conflicts with events scheduled by the Texas State Genealogical Society (TxSGS), the CLF Board of Directors voted to change the dates of our August and November meetings from our usual second Saturday dates.

Clayton Library Friends General Meeting (Online Meeting)

Our featured speaker will be Susan Kaufman, Manager of the Clayton Library Center for Genealogical Research.

Sue will be presenting "The Annual State of the Clayton Library Presentation 2020: An Overview of Operating a Family History Research Collection when the World has turned into Today." No one would have believed last August that this August would look as it does. Everyone’s lives have been impacted by current affairs, and the library is no different. This year Sue will discus what was accomplished, what is being accomplished and what is planned for the foreseeable future.
